Three training workshops of Indonesian Batik craft given by Indonesian artisans at Vivekanand Gramudhyog society at Mandvi & Mundra of Kutchh region to train Kutchh artisans.


An Best Documentary Award was given by Gujarat State Tourism Nigam for ‘Kutchhiyat’ – A Glimpse of Kutchhi folk music, culture and life released by Foundation. A documentary was also shown on Zee, Aastha, Etv Gujarati & other TV channels. Publicity of the same encouraged many organizers of different states to organize such programmes by co-ordinating with many Kutchhi Lokgayak & musicians at regular intervals. By the way of participating in such programmes, artisans get opportunity to earn for self reliance.

Anandghan Na Pado

Audio CD’s & cassettes has been released on ‘Anandghan Na Pado’ – written by Avdhoot Anandhan- A Jainism and composed by musician Padmashree ‘Kalyanji Anandji’ & voice by famous singers Sadhna Sargam, Sonali Bajpai & S. Omkar.
